For heals, Chug Splashes are back and they seem to be the go-to loadout item for every pro player these days. The ability to heal teammates comes in clutch during a duel. The good ol’ Flopper and Shield Fish are the best loadout picks when you play solo In Fortnite. Players can quickly use both of these items and stack them as four items, guaranteeing HP during dire situations.
