February’s PlayStation Plus Catalog is Finally Here

We’re now in the middle of February, and things are looking up for PlayStation gamers. Not only did Foamstars, Rollerdrome, and Steelrising become available for PlayStation + subscribers, but we are now also getting some brand new additions to the PlayStation Play Game Catalog, PlayStation’s answer to Xbox Game Pass.

And boy oh boy, it’s looking like February’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog might be the most diverse group of games coming out in recent years, because we are getting games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Tales of Arise, The Outer Worlds, and Need for Speed Unbound.

Check out all of the games coming to PlayStation Plus Catalog on February 20.

Need for Speed Unbound

PlayStation Plus Tier: Extra and Premium

Console: PlayStation 5

Coming fast and furious, Need for Speed Unbound is Criterion Game’s latest addition to the Need for Speed franchise. The game features an art style blend of realism and street art, making for a unique racing experience that many haven’t seen before. You can not only just customize your cars, but you can also customize your avatar and dress them up in the most stylish clothing we have seen in a racing game to date.

The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition

PlayStation Plus Tier: Extra and Premium

Console: PlayStation 5

If you’re eager to explore the vast reaches of space but don’t have an Xbox or a PC to play Starfield, then you can play The Outer Worlds. From the developers of Fallout: New Vegas, The Outer Worlds is Starfield before Starfield came out. It features the standard RPG elements you have come to love from an Obsidian game just with an outer space skin slapped on it.

Tales of Arise

PlayStation Plus Tier: Extra and Premium

Console: PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4

To spice things up, we have a JRPG game called Tales of Arise, the latest installment from the Tales series. Featuring an updated combat that makes the older Tales games look slow in comparison. Not only that, but you can bond with your teammates as you travel the world to save it from the tyranny of Rena. It is also the perfect time to try the game, as it recently released their expansion: Beyond the Dawn.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

PlayStation Plus Tier: Extra and Premium

Console: PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4

If you’re in the mood to be a brutal Viking, then now is the perfect time to jump in and play Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. This installment to the Assassin’s Creed franchise features a more mythical storyline that has a lot to do with the Norse Gods and their history. And if you want more Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, then you should try getting the Ragnarok expansion, which is the closes thing we will ever get to a Thor game.

Other Games Available

While these games are the highlight for the month, there are still other games that are coming to the game. Here are the games you can expect to see added soon:

    • LEGO Worlds – PlayStation 4
    • LEGO Jurassic World – PlayStation 4
