Valorant 7.10 Deadlock Buffs Leaked: Everything You Need to Know

Valorant Agent Deadlock has been struggling to find her place in the competitive meta since her release. Despite her unique kit, she has consistently ranked at the bottom of the charts in terms of pick and win rates, overshadowed by other Sentinels such as Chamber and KJ. This lack of viability has led the community to call for buffs to Deadlock, and it seems that Riot Games has listened.

Leaks for the upcoming Valorant patch 7.10 indicate that Deadlock will be receiving significant buffs, particularly to her weakest ability, the ‘GravNet’. This ability was previously considered one of the worst in the entire game, but with the upcoming changes, Deadlock may finally find practical applications across all maps in the game.

Valorant 7.10 Deadlock Changes Explained

Deadlock, the Norwegian Sentinel, is set to receive several buffs in the upcoming Valorant 7.10 patch. The changes were leaked in advance and include the following:

  • The debuff from Deadlock’s GravNet will not remove itself after some time. Players will always have to remove the debuff manually moving forward.
  • The removal time of the GravNet debuff has been increased from 0.85 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
  • Players caught by the GravNet will not be able to use mobility skills, such as Jett’s dash.
  • The catching radius of GravNet has been increased from 6 meters to 8 meters.

Players caught by the GravNet will be weakened indefinitely until they break free. They will also experience increased gravity and reduced mobility while in the net. These changes are expected to make Deadlock a more viable pick in the game. The leaked patch notes have already generated a lot of buzz among the Valorant community, and players are eagerly awaiting the official release of the 7.10 patch.

Valorant 7.10 Release Date

Valorant patch 7.10 is expected to be released on live servers on Tuesday, November 14. Players can expect a downtime of 2 to 4 hours before the update is available. The update will bring significant buffs to Deadlock, one of the least-picked agents in the game.
