Two Overpowered Mythic AR Locations in Fortnite Chapter 5

Ever since the start of 2024, there has been a lot going on in Fortnite. Even with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle collaboration coming to an end, plenty of mythic weapons are now available within the game. Among them, two overpowered mythic weapons are clutch all the way till the end game. Today, we take a look at both of these weapons and the POIs we can get them from. One of the POIs features an NPC that is absolutely broken and gives players wall-hacks every 45 seconds.

Fencing Fields

Fencing Fields is one of the biggest drops in Fortnite this season, and there’s a solid reason behind it. Defeat the big boss located at this POI, and you get access to Nisha’s AR, one of the most broken guns in Fortnite. With a ridiculous damage per second, this assault rifle comes in clutch in almost every situation. Though it cannot be modded, it does have decent hip-fire accuracy. The scope and the low recoil make this every controller player’s dream weapon. The aim assist adds the extra level of accuracy every time you lock onto a player and spray multiple bullets.
Nisha, the final boss located in this POI, can be found in the center of this POI. There are a ton of guards with her, so make sure you land on multiple guns, as you’ll need all the ammo you can get. If this spot is heavily contested, drop; an alternate option would be to focus on getting good guns from the guards themselves. Each guard is pretty easy to take down with just a few headshots needed with almost any gun in the game. Guards drop a good amount of ammo, which will come in handy during the early stages of the game.

The outskirts of Fencing Fields are filled with flowberries, which help in rotations away from the POI. Each Flowberry gives 15 shields and anti-gravity jumps that last for a few seconds. This berry, when used alongside other movement-related items like the shockwave grenade, gives players an extra bit of movement boost. This allows them to cover more ground way faster. Players can farm these berries from the fields and stock them for Fortnite’s end game fights. Even while using the launch pad, the flowberry gives a generous amount of jump boost.

Grand Glacier

Grand Glacier features the Nemesis AR, which has a slower fire rate but higher damage compared to Nisha’s AR. This POI features many vending machines and weapon loot all over the place. On the roof of this major mansion, you can find a minimum of five to six items/weapons. Just like Fencing Fields, this is also a highly contested POI in Fornite. If you plan to head straight into the mansion, make use of the vending machines within Grand Glacier for gaining health or shields. Kill the guards with assault rifles and try to eliminate Montague with SMGs. It’s easier to unload a full clip of any SMG on the boss and get him down to really low HP.

You could also land right outside Grand Glacier and spend 250 bars to get access to the Snow Striker NPC. This NPC teams up with you, scanning the area for enemies every 45 seconds. Enemies can be seen through walls, revealing their exact position. It’s literally wall-hack benefits given to players for a few seconds. This scanning ability is one of the biggest advantages you can get in Fortnite’s present meta.
