Trombone Champ is expanding beyond the digital realm. iam8bit, a company known for its video game collectibles, has partnered with Holy Wow Studios to bring the game’s soundtrack to vinyl.
The Trombone Champ vinyl soundtrack will be available for pre-order on April 11th at 9 a.m. Pacific Time and will cost $32.99. The single-disc release features 26 tracks that capture the game’s unique sound, including original compositions and public-domain tunes delivered in the game’s signature style.
The vinyl’s “Off-Key Orange and Blaring Blue” color scheme will give it a distinct look. Artist Iri Chen has designed an album art that aligns with the game’s lighthearted spirit, offering a visual representation of the joy of music, regardless of skill level. Those who prefer digital formats won’t be left out—the purchase also includes a digital download of the album.
