Valve has added a filter to Steam via an update that makes games with support for PlayStation DualShock and DualSense controllers easier to find in the store and in users’ libraries.
Thanks to the update, Steam users can now also see if a game supports the controller they have played with before, as well as whether a game requires a controller to play. The Steam store will also now apply an automatic filter set to the controller a player last played with.
Valve says about 12 percent of all active players on Steam regularly play with a controller. In popular ball games, more than eighty percent of gamers would reach for a controller. In rpgs, it reportedly involves more than half of all gamers.
