Twitch CEO wants to stream with Elon Musk
On October 26, Twitch CEO Dan Clancy reached out to Elon Musk on X, formerly known as Twitter, for some help with his Starlink connection. Clancy revealed that he lives in an area where he uses Starlink, but sometimes the upload speed can’t keep up for live streaming. He asked if there was anything that Musk could do to help.
In addition to his request for tech support, Clancy also expressed interest in potentially streaming with Elon Musk on X. Musk responded to Clancy’s request, asking what uplink bit rate Clancy needed. Clancy was impressed by Musk’s response and asked if someone at Starlink could help him directly.
