Nintendo does not have a set schedule on which they add new titles to Nintendo Switch Online, so it is always a matter of waiting to see when this will happen again. However, next week is the time again, and this time a Nintendo 64 game will be added.
The game you can play starting Nov. 30, 2023 if you have a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription is Jet Force Gemini. This title is made by Rare, or the developer that also made GoldenEye 007, Banjo-Kazooie and Donkey Kong 64 for the Nintendo 64, among others.
