Xbox Game Pass August 2025: Full List of New Titles

Farming Simulator 25 and Ra Ra BOOM Kick Off the August XBOX Game Pass List

The month begins with Farming Simulator 25 planting its roots on August 1. This expansive agricultural sim brings crop cycles, livestock management, and heavy machinery upgrades. Longtime fans can expect hours of immersive gameplay.

Following that, Ra Ra BOOM joins the lineup on August 12. It’s a four-player co-op action game starring ninja cheerleaders battling rogue AI on a chaotic, colorful future Earth. With its beat-’em-up mechanics and fast-paced action, it’s a fun pick for co-op players.

Action, Story, and Sports Heat Up the Middle of August

Bee Simulator: The Hive buzzes in on August 4. While not on the official Game Pass list, it expands on the relaxing gameplay of the original with hive customization, pollen-chasing races, and expanded exploration.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2 lands on August 5, offering arena brawler combat with 40+ characters, including all nine Hashira. The sequel polishes its flashy visuals and improves solo and versus modes.

Mafia: The Old Country, arriving August 8, takes players to 1900s Sicily in a gritty crime drama prequel to the original Mafia. Enzo’s story focuses on early organized crime, ditching open-world sprawl for cinematic storytelling.

Madden NFL 26 enters the field on August 11 with smarter AI, deeper defense tools, and improved realism. EA Play users can try a 10-hour trial before committing.

August 12 also brings Echoes of the End, a choice-driven fantasy adventure with magical melee combat. Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 Enhanced returns with cinematic visuals and Dart Rock mode, while Viewfinder challenges logic in a surreal world-altering puzzle game.

Tactical Shooters, Mythical Combat, and Remasters

On August 19, Delta Force debuts as a free-to-play tactical shooter with 32v32 PvPvE chaos and a Black Hawk Down campaign remake. It’s ideal for players craving large-scale firefights.

The long-awaited Black Myth: Wukong arrives on August 20. Based on Journey to the West, it features intense action, mythical creatures, and punishing boss battles. Xbox players finally join the fight after its PC success.

August 21 marks the release of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, blending RPG mechanics with football sim elements. Players can recruit from over 4,500 characters and join online tournaments or solo campaigns.

Particle Hearts, launching August 25, mixes stealth and puzzles in a world made entirely of particles. With its experimental gameplay, it stands out among August indies.

Gears, Metal Gear, Helldivers 2 and More Close August (Xbox Game Pass Line Up)

Gears of War: Reloaded returns August 26, remastering the original with updated visuals, all DLC, and extra characters. It’s a must-play for fans of the franchise and newcomers alike.

That same day, Helldivers 2 arrives on Xbox with full crossplay, allowing squads to take on alien threats in chaotic missions. Game Pass Core or Ultimate is required for online play.

August 26 also sees Space Adventure Cobra: The Awakening, an anime-styled action-platformer starring a space pirate with a gun arm and his partner, Lady Armoroid. The game’s fast combat and mystery-driven story hit nostalgic notes.

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater lands August 28. This complete rebuild of the 2004 stealth classic reintroduces players to Snake’s mission with upgraded visuals, tension-filled stealth, and cinematic storytelling.

Also on August 28, The Knightling releases, offering Zelda-inspired exploration and combat with a legendary shield in the colorful world of Clesia.

Goosebumps: Terror in Little Creek haunts Xbox on August 29 with spooky puzzles and monster encounters set in a haunted town filled with secrets.

Finally, Shinobi: Art of Vengeance wraps up the month with Joe Musashi’s hand-drawn revenge story. With fast-paced combat and slick 2D visuals, it’s a modern return to a beloved ninja classic.
