Transit Returns? Major Call Of Duty 2025 (Black Ops 7) Zombies Details Leak

Brand-new details for Black Ops 7 have surfaced, with information about the zombies mode sparking serious speculation. According to a recent leak from a Call of Duty playtester, players can expect a return of the original zombies crew, but with a twist—they’ll appear as multiverse variants. These aren’t the Ultimus or Primis versions but aged versions tied to the new space-time themes introduced in the Shattered Veils Easter egg.

Also rumored is a Transit remake, a fan-favorite map that could receive a full round-based revamp. This aligns with past rumors from Insider Gaming, a reliable source within the gaming community. The map’s nostalgic value alone could generate massive interest among longtime zombies fans. The game may also include a new “wonder vehicle” and will reportedly feature the largest round-based zombies map ever created.

One of the most intriguing additions may be a difficulty toggle. Unlike Black Ops 2’s simple “original” and “easy” settings, this new option could alter several gameplay features. There’s also mention of a more story-driven experience in zombies mode—potentially offering campaign-style Easter egg missions separate from the round-based format.

Black Ops 7 Campaign Leaks Suggest Co-op and Familiar Faces

The campaign reportedly takes place in 2035 and serves as a direct continuation of the Black Ops 2 storyline. Allegedly, it features Frank Woods, Alex Mason, and possibly David Mason. The return of Woods and Mason, considering their ages and past storylines, has raised eyebrows. Yet, multiverse concepts or alternate timelines may allow for creative storytelling.

Perhaps the most exciting campaign detail is support for four-player co-op, a feature absent since Black Ops 3. The rumored campaign will also take place in a large open-world map titled Avalon, which was previously intended for Warzone but could now serve as a setting for campaign missions. This raises questions about whether the Avalon map will co-exist with Vdansk or replace it in a future Warzone update.

New Multiplayer Features and Map Remakes in Black Ops 7

Multiplayer will reportedly include a 32v32 mode, similar to Ground War from Modern Warfare 2019. These matches may occur on massive maps, possibly derived from the Avalon setting. The game also plans to introduce remakes of classic maps in a futuristic Japanese 2035 aesthetic. One of the maps could be a remake of Raid, based on the mention of a map starting with “R.”

Additionally, omni movement will return, allowing players to move in all directions fluidly. While wall-running is expected to be part of this movement suite, the feature will be toned down and won’t match the full mechanics from Black Ops 3 or Advanced Warfare.

What Black Ops 7 Could Mean for the Call of Duty Franchise

If the leaks are accurate, Black Ops 7 could be one of the most ambitious Call of Duty titles to date. The return of beloved characters, expansive zombies modes, campaign co-op, and a mix of nostalgia and innovation in multiplayer make this installment highly anticipated. While none of the details are confirmed by Activision, the consistency between sources like Insider Gaming and leaked playtest information lends credibility.

With a release window likely in late 2025, fans will have to wait for official confirmations. Until then, the leaks offer a compelling preview of what could be next for the franchise.
