The Pirates of the Caribbean update is going live in Fortnite. This update will bring many new items to the game, including mythic weapons. Players can fight a Jack Sparrow boss NPC to obtain the mythic sword. Hopefully, new items specific to mobility will be available. This season has been tough with regards to explosives and nitrous-fueled cars. For Epic, Adding more mobility items like the shock grenade might fix this chaos. Upcoming Collaboration and Skins
The new Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration is just four days away, and here’s everything you need to know. The item shop will feature three brand new skins, visible on the screen. The mini battle pass is set to contain a ton of Fortnite items, all themed according to the collaboration. The Pirates of the Caribbean items and NPCs are also set to feature all the way until the end of the season.
The Pirates of the Caribbean Event Pass
The pass includes:

- Skeleton Keys back bling
- Skull and Cross Swords back bling (Pirates of the Caribbean logo)
- We Beasty spray paint
- New loading screen (hinting at the new boss and location)

The Exclusive event pass will be available on Friday, July 19th.
The Pirates of the Caribbean Locations and Bosses
To start off, A brand new location has been added, featuring the Black Pearl boat. Head over there to check it out and encounter Davy Jones, who has a new mythic item. Jack Sparrow can also be found at the Coral Buddies location, where he sells two mythics.
Combat and Exploration
For instant action, head to the new Pirates of the Caribbean location. Be cautious, make sure to watch out for opponents and take them out quickly. The middle of the lake will feature the Black Pearl boat, a new mythic weapon. Expect this location to be updated on Friday.

Upcoming Chapter 5 Season 4
To confirm leaks, check out this twitter account detailing everything known about Chapter 5 Season 4, set to drop on August 16th. The theme will be Marvel, featuring Doom vs. Fantastic Four. New skins will include Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Thing. The scanning rift beacons hints at the return of Stark Industries. Old mythics like Wolverine’s claws and Iron Man’s gauntlets might return. The Fortnite Mares event might feature Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th at the Rebel Roost location.
Unlike previous seasons, Epic needs to hype the upcoming season with everything they have. Since the Mad Max collaboration did not go as planned, with the player count dropping drastically since launch. The Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration might save this season, but with the battle pass challenges related to the Mad Max collaboration, these cars and nitro cans are not going anywhere for now.
