Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Patch 13.3 COMPLETE Details

TFT Patch 13.3 has recently come out with thrilling changes that can surely shake the meta and keep players on their toes. Players will have unit stats and item efficacies changed in this patch. System Changes and Bug Fixes

One of the biggest changes to come out in TFT Patch 13.3 is a change to the opening encounters. The actual time taken for one of these encounters was less than previous patches. Instead, it should be keeping players on the go and now going through gameplay much faster from the start.

Apart from that, changes are also made to stage three carousel mechanics. Trait Changes

Artillerist

 

  • Nerfed “Artillerist (6)” by reducing the number of Attacks Per Proc from 4 to 3. 
Automata
  • Armor/Magic Resistance values have changed from 25/60/140 to 25/55/100. But at the same time, the Base Damage has increased from 150/400/1100 to 150/400/1200.
Chem-Baron
  • Reduced the Cashout Value of 400 from the p
  • revious 70g to 65g, which makes it a difference of 8%.
  • The Cashout Value of 500 is reduced from the previous 105g to 90g, which makes it a difference of 15%.
  • The Perfected Destabilized Chemtank’s HP now brings in a reduced figure of 999 down to 700 with the Armor/MR also reducing from 45 to 30.
  • As for the Perfected Executioner’s Chainblade, this sees its AD now go from 75% to only 50% and a reduction on the On Kill Durability & Damage Amplification down to 15% from the previous 20%.
  • The Perfected Piltover Hexarmor now gives lesser protection, with Armor/MR reduced from 75 to 50, and its Perfected Bonus Cooldown increased from 2 seconds to 4 seconds.
  • Adjusted the healing and shielding effect of t
    he Perfected Shimmer Bloom, with increases now at 40% instead of 50%, and its Perfected Bonus Cooldown extended from 1 second to 2 seconds.
  • The Perfected Unleashed Toxins will now output lesser damage as AP, dropping from 45 to 30; decreased the Perfected Bonus Stun Duration along with the Bonus Damage, going from 1 second to 0.5.
  • Dropped the Perfected Virulent Virus’AP from 50 to 40; additionally, the True Damage also dropped from 45% to 35%. Decreases in the Perfected Bonus Damage Reduction are now stated as 15% instead of 20%, and for Perfected Bonus HP now, this has gone to a typical level of 800 down from 1200.
  • The effectiveness of Perfected Voltaic Saber went down. From 60%, it has fallen to 45% in Omnivamp, while instances of damage needed for it to proc have increased from 4 to 6. 
Scrap
  • Increased the duration of the Scrap Shield mod, from 20 seconds to 24 seconds. The shield per component for Scrap at nine pieces has also slightly increased from 60 to 65.

Augment Changes

  • Irelia’s Blade Dance now provides an increased attack speed of 60% as compared to the previous 40%. 
  • Buffed Trundle’s Trolling Ability’s attack speed from 140% to 160%. 
  • Mana per auto attack gained from Vladimir’s Crimson Pact ability now improved to 5 from previous 3. 
  • Dummify trait’s health increased from 250 to 1000.
  • Golemify’s health increased from 150 to 500.

Unit Changes

1-Cost Units

  • The Powder Ability is now scaling fall-off damage percentages less than before, from the old scaling of 30/30/25% to the new scaling of 25/25/25%.
  • Singed had a slight nerf in damage reduction done by his abilities, from 50/50/55/60% now becoming 45/45/50/50%.
  • The mana cost for Steb went down from 30/90 to 25/75.
  • Trundle has received a mana buff from 30/90 to 30/80. 
  • Zyra is receiving an increase in her primary ability damage, from 260/390/585 to 280/420/630.
2-Cost Units
  • Slightly increased Camille’s ability damage scaling from 230/230/260% to 245/245/265%.
  • Leona’s mana cost has reduced significantly, decreasing from 50/90 to 30/75.
  • Renata Glasc’s shield now varies slightly with ability. Adjusted from 95 / 120 / 150 to 95 / 115 / 135.
  • Zeri’s base AD has increased from 48 to 51. 
  • Lowered Ziggs Splash Bomb damage, going from 90/135/200 to 80/120/180.
3-Cost Units
  • Cassiopeia’s AS increased from 0.7 to 0.75, while her abilities’ mana cost nerfed from 10/40 to 0/40.
  • Gangplank’s melee ability now heals 120/140/160 instead of 100/125/150. He also scales up the AD in his melee ability from 340/340/340% to 360/360/375%. 
  • Loris has the buff on the ability shield while now scaling from 525/600/700 to 600/700/800.
  • The cost of Smeech’s mana has now changed from 20/80 to a more balanced value of 20/70. 
  • Slightly increased Twisted Fate’s Yellow Card’s damage, from 230/345/535 to 240/360/560. He will also be dealing slightly more damage with the Red Card, which had its values adjusted from 110/165/255 to 120/180/275.
4-Cost Units
  • Lowered Ekko’s mana cost from 0/60 to 0/50.
  • Slightly buffed Elise’s ranged spell damage from 200/300/900 to 220/330/1000.
  • The mana change for Twitch now stands at 0/40 instead of 0/60.
5-Cost Units
  • The Hextech Forge of Jayce no longer triggers effect automatically upon his revival. Additionally, it will only activate if casting completes his spell while he is alive. Moreover, the AD percentage on Jayce’s melee ability increased from 500/500/2000% to 600/600/3000%, while the secondary attack damage percentage increased from 225/225/1500 to 250/250/2000%.
  • LeBlanc’s AS has increased from 0.8 to 0.85. 
  • Buffed the damage from waves of Malzahar’s ability from 80/120/1000 to 100/150/1000. The damage done through each tick from Malzahar’s ability has also slightly increased from 15/22/400 to 16/24/400.
6-Cost Units
  • Mel’s ability damage increased from 180/450/2700 to 200/500/2700. The unleash damage of Mel’s ability also went from 1390/3475/99999 to 1600/4000/99999.
  • Warwick’s stun bonus duration increased from 1 second to 1.5 seconds. The healing effect of the Blood Hunter skill of Warwick was raised from 400 to 500. Adjustments made in attack damage percentage for Warwick’s Blood Frenzy between 200/375/2500% and 240/400/2500%.

Item and Artifact Changes

  • Deathblade: From 8% to 10% Damage Amplification
  • Evenshroud: From 10 to 15 seconds of bonus Armor/MR Duration
  • Ionic Spark: From 100 to 150 HP
  • Runaan’s Hurricane Bolt: From 55% to 60% Damage
  • Fishbones: 40% to 20% AD; 40% to 50% AS
  • Gambler’s Blade: 45% to 35% Base AS
  • Rapid Firecannon: 75% to 66% AS
  • Sivermere Dawn: 60 to 50 Armor/MR
  • Suspicious Trench Coat: 50% to 66% Break apart point; 30% to 25% Coat Clone HP
  • The Collector: 30% to 25% AD
