The people behind Gamer.org
Gamer.org is run by people who play the games they write about. Not a content farm, not a syndication feed — a working editorial team that follows patch notes, watches the majors, sits through the bad tutorials so you don’t have to, and files the story before the hype cycle moves on.
We cover gaming news, esports, reviews and guides across PC, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo. Our writers specialise: the person covering Valorant agent balance is not the person reviewing a fighting game’s netcode. That specialisation is the whole point. It’s why our Genshin Impact guides are written by people who actually pull, and why our Call of Duty coverage doesn’t read like it was assembled from a press release.
Below you’ll find who does what, what they play, and how to reach them.
What we cover
Our editorial team is organised around the areas we cover most:
- Gaming news — announcements, patches, industry moves, leaks worth taking seriously
- Esports — Valorant, Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Dota 2, Overwatch, Rocket League
- Reviews — full game reviews, plus hardware and peripherals
- Guides — builds, tier lists, walkthroughs, meta breakdowns
- Platforms — PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch
- Franchise coverage — Fortnite, Call of Duty, Overwatch, Hearthstone, Tekken, Genshin Impact
We also publish selected coverage in Spanish for readers across Latin America and Spain.

On-Camera Host
Luan is the face of Gamer.org across Twitch, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. If you’ve seen us on video, you’ve seen Luan — live streams, reaction clips, and the short-form breakdowns that turn a 2,000-word patch analysis into something you can watch in ninety seconds.
How we work
We play what we cover.
Reviews are based on retail or review code played to a meaningful point of completion. If we haven’t finished a game, we say so and tell you how far we got.
We separate news from opinion.
A leak is labelled a leak. A rumour is labelled a rumour, with a note on how reliable the source has been in the past. Analysis and opinion pieces carry the author’s name and a clear label.
We name our sources.
Where a story originates elsewhere, we say where, and we link to it. We don’t rewrite other outlets’ scoops without credit.
We correct mistakes in public.
When we get something wrong, we fix it and add a dated note explaining what changed. No silent edits.
We disclose commercial relationships.
Where a link earns us a commission, or where a publisher covered travel to an event, it’s stated on the page.
