Like any other gacha game, Summoners War Rush largely depends on having the best and “meta” characters in your team to progress quickly. That’s why most players are interested to know which characters are currently the best to invest in. It’s also why you’ll need this Summoners War Rush tier list to have a guide on how the characters you pull stand on the meta.
Summoners War Rush: Basics and Release Date
The newest game from the Summoners War universe is here! Well, at least technically, The 4th Summoners War game developed by Com2uS has just initially launched in Thailand on February 12. It will be available for download in other areas starting April 2025. So, we do not have that much info yet, but fortunately just enough for a monster tier list.
The game is an Idle Tower Defense RPG, which will have you collect monsters through gacha and strategically put them on a board to battle enemies. The goal is to defeat waves of enemies to protect Sky Island. You can train and upgrade your monsters, who will grow even when you’re offline.
If you’ve been a long-time fan of the Summoner’s War franchise, you may hop on to the pre-registration for the game. Doing so will give you a special Summoning Package with lots of privilege items. You’ll be on the Summoning Road as well, where your daily log-ins will reward you with Legend Monsters.
S-Tier
Let’s begin our Summoners War Rush tier list with absolute game changers! S Tiers are the monsters that can be slotted into any team and do well. They are effective across most game modes and even with minimum investment but will turn into powerhouses with additional effort. Because of this, it’s recommended that you upgrade these characters first when you have them.

A-Tier
These monsters are generally good across multiple game modes, but may struggle in some. This may be due to incompatibility with their abilities and class, or insufficient base stats. They can be a replacement for S-Tier characters of the same role, too, with only a bit of a difference in performance. In a team with more S-Tier characters, these A-Tiers can support or boost damage with no problem at all.

B-Tier
B-Tier characters are slightly off meta, generally doing well across game modes but not nearly as good as A and S-Tiers. A B-Tier character in a lineup of A and S-Tiers may balance the comp power, but a full lineup of only B-Tiers will definitely struggle, albeit still get the job done. Additionally, these characters are very good as starters. However, they fall off as you progress and get much better characters, hence their place in our Summoners War Rush tier list.

Conclusion
We definitely did not include every character in this Summoners War Rush tier list, but the ones mentioned are particularly good currently. The remaining ones would be somewhere between B-Tier and C-Tier and below depending on the team and game mode. Meanwhile, those included here seem to perform consistently in various situations, thus we were able to rank them.
