In the RuneScape Update for June 2025, a major 110 Crafting patch arrives with new content. It adds unique materials, armor, and methods. Players can grow Starbloom seeds into flowers to craft the new Starbloom Robes. They can mine Platinum for enchanted jewelry and dig Porcelain clay for high-level urns. The Crafting Guild gets a visual update. Read on to learn all the changes and new features this patch brings.

Starbloom Robes & Materials

A new magic armor set called Starbloom Robes is introduced. To craft them, players must plant Starbloom Seeds, then harvest the Starbloom Flowers that grow. Each flower was spun into Starbloom Thread before woven into Starbloom Cloth.

They use this cloth so they can craft the robes needed in the game. Moreover, they added these seeds before the update to allow players to stock up. The seeds drop from Gnome and farmer NPCs, Lost Grove creatures, and even shooting stars. This new system ties Farming, Thieving, and Slayer together with Crafting.

Interactive Crafting Method

This RuneScape update adds a new Tailored to Fit crafting method for upgrading Starbloom Robes. This method is interactive: while crafting at the Drafting Table or Tailor’s Dummy, a short focus window will appear that the player must click to avoid errors. Clicking in time gives bonus progress, while missing the window causes a miscut that uses extra materials.

After five miscuts, the armor needs repair before continuing. This active “click-and-focus” mechanic makes training Crafting more engaging. It replaces a purely AFK process and adds skill to every step.

Platinum Jewelry & Anklet

A new level-104 resource, Platinum ore, is added south of Piscatoris and north of Uzer in the Kharidian Desert. Smelted into bars, Platinum makes four new jewelry pieces, including a special Platinum Anklet (worn in the boots slot). Creating this jewelry requires Dragonstone gems.

Each platinum item has an enchanted version with useful effects. For example, the Platinum Anklet provides teleports and energy boosts, and other pieces give XP bonuses or increased loot effects. This expansion gives Crafting more high-level rewards and tools for players.

Exquisite Urns & Porcelain Clay

Crafting 110 adds Exquisite Urns, a new tier of urns for Hunting, Fishing, Farming, Mining and Woodcutting. Exquisite urns give more XP per fill and require level-100–110 Crafting to create. Crafting one also needs a gemstone and, importantly, a new material: Porcelain.

Porcelain Clay can be mined only in the Everlight area (requires level 102 Mining). This mine has special flowing water that changes position, affecting which rocks yield clay.

Players must gather Porcelain Clay to craft these urns. The result is a high-level skilling resource: filling an Exquisite Urn yields far more experience than a decorated urn.

Crafting Guild Improvements

The Crafting Guild itself gets a graphical and functional update. They refurbished the interior spaces (like the pottery oven and sewing room) with new models and a fresh look. It also features improved lighting and scenery, matching the new crafting content.

The equipment stations appears more visually detailed, particularly the spinning wheel and loom, to players’ delight. These changes make the Guild a brighter, more modern area to use while training Crafting. Overall, the interface and environment enhancements streamline the crafting experience.

Conclusion

The RuneScape Update adds rich new content for skillers and crafters. The Starbloom Robes and planting mechanic give Crafting new depth. The interactive crafting method makes training more engaging. New resources like Platinum ore and Porcelain Clay unlock powerful items and higher XP including the Crafting Guild. Together, these changes refresh the Crafting skill and give players more reasons to skill, explore, and experiment in RuneScape’s world.
