Road to The Knockouts Team 2 Content and FC 25 Market Crashing soon?

The first FC 25 server release notes highlighted fixes, including addressing discrepancies in Evolution player attribute upgrades and the market price UI not displaying correctly. Evolution issues for already completed evolutions will also be addressed, likely through EA Direct updates.

FC 25 Market crash and SBC Concerns

The objective content seemed limited, with players from only a few clubs fitting this Evolution. Notable players include Morales from Villarreal, who shows promise if used effectively. Nonetheless, this Evolution falls short compared to others offered previously.

Player of the Month SBCs: Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams

EA released Player of the Month SBCs for Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams. Yamal’s SBC features no positional changes, and although it boasts good playstyles, low composure, strength, and aggression may hinder its usability. Priced at 200,000 coins, this card might appeal for its potential in Evolutions rather than being a highly meta choice.

Nico Williams, on the other hand, is a six and a half out of ten SBC, slightly less appealing due to minimal upgrades and a price of 521,000 coins. However, he offers better playstyles, a 5-star weak foot, and overall a more meta card compared to Yamal. His effectiveness might decrease if certain mechanics, such as the L1 sprint boost, get patched, and the earliest upgrades for this card are expected by early November.

SBC Considerations and Future Evolution Opportunities

Investing in SBCs now depends on personal gameplay preferences. Yamal might offer fun, while Williams caters to those seeking a more competitive edge. Crafting either of these SBCs is possible with the carry-over rewards from FC 24 arriving on October 10th. Players might consider revisiting Allan Saint-Maximin’s SBC, as it is cheaper and still live.

Fodder packs, coming from carry-forward rewards and other sources, also provide crafting opportunities. However, fodder investments need caution, as the current lack of substantial SBCs suggests fodder prices might not spike immediately. Investing in 83-85 rated cards at reasonable bids, and 89-rated cards at flat prices could be safer options.

Current Road to The Knockouts Team in Packs

The latest Road to The Knockouts Team seems better than the previous one, featuring notable upgrades for players like Kai Havertz and Garnacho. Garnacho, initially extinct at 550,000 coins, dropped to 430,000 coins, which might indicate potential rises. Players like Garnacho and Harry Kane are in high demand due to their significant upgrades and live aspects. However, their prices still appear inflated, and supply could increase with upcoming weekend league rewards.

Market Crash Concerns

The reintroduction of “For You” packs, like the 35,000 coin Heroes Welcome Pack, caused noticeable market impacts. Yesterday’s addition of new “For You” packs, including a one-coin pack, influenced the FC 25 market, with many players taking advantage of the value these packs offer. These packs, being tradable and reasonably priced, have led to substantial market volatility, as they are accessible to most players.

Adding to the concern is a new pack, “The Walk Pack,” containing ten rare golds with one guaranteed to be 86 or higher, which was added to the code. This pack, accessible after 14 days of Ultimate Team entry, will likely be popular, further impacting market conditions. The market experienced a downturn when a similar pack was released earlier this week.
