It is usually found in scaffolding structures, construction sites, or rooftops within the city. After collecting these items, you can exchange it with an NPC located outside the Racine Contraction building. The building is in the southeastern area of South Boulevard which is near Vert Sector 7. 

Through this exchange system, you can purchase Canari Plushies and receive permanent gameplay enhancements. You can purchase 77 Colorful Screws and fully upgrade all five available Canari Plushies. Meanwhile, the remaining 23 screws will unlock a special reward for completion.
