New Promo Pack Released: FC 25 Hero Pack Revealed!

A new pack code has surfaced, indicating the release of an FC 25 Hero pack. This pack differs from the Hero pack released two weeks ago. This development aligns with EA’s previous Ultimate Team schedule, where a Hero SBC is introduced one week, followed by an Icon SBC the next week. The 87 Max Icon SBC will be replaced by the 88 Max Hero SBC.

FC 25 Hero Pack and Market Fluctuations

The announcement of the Hero pack has caused price fluctuations for several players on the market. For instance, players like Bonmati saw significant price drops, likely due to market reactions to the Hero pack. Prices for players like Jude Bellingham and Bonmati dropped as the Crystal Dunn SBC drove interest in NWSL-linked squads. Midfielders have experienced price decreases, as players adjust their squads in anticipation of the upcoming Hero pack.

Road to The Knockout Card Movements

Road to The Knockout cards saw price movements yesterday, with players like Ali Watkins experiencing an uptick in value after his team’s success. Watkins’ card, up by around 5k-10k, reflects the continued market volatility surrounding these limited-time cards. In contrast, other players like Julian Brandt saw price drops after Dortmund’s loss to Real Madrid. Brandt’s card has potential for future upgrades, making it an intriguing long-term investment.

Weekly Content Review

Tuesday’s content featured two player SBCs, including the Player of the Month SBC for Bradley Barcola. However, it pales in comparison to his Road to The Knockouts card, which has seen a price drop after PSG’s 1-1 draw with PSV. The card, while decent with a four-star skill rating and three-star weak foot, lacks significant upgrades in play styles and roles. Despite its decent 90+ Pace, the price and lack of substantial improvements seem to deter many from completing the SBC.

One notable aspect of this SBC is that all five required squads demand a Team of the Week player. This has caused a slight demand for Team of the Week cards, though prices remain stable around 11,000 coins.

Crystal Dunn SBC and Market Influence

The second SBC, Crystal Dunn, appears to be more positively received due to the growing popularity of the NWSL links, particularly with Swanson and Alex Morgan. While the card boasts four-star skill moves and a four-star weak foot, it lacks key play styles like passing or defensive abilities. Dunn’s versatility, with a new right-back position, makes her a valuable addition to certain squads.

The SBC requires six squads, with a total cost of around 180,000 coins. However, the positive aspect is the return of several tradable packs and relatively low squad ratings. The card’s future Evo potential and current in-game value have led many players to complete the SBC, as indicated by dropping prices of midfielders in the 100k-200k range.

Market Movements and Fodder Impact

The arrival of the new FC 25 Hero SBC is expected to influence fodder and market movements. With Road to The Knockout (RTTK) cards receiving upgrades, confirmed but not statistically reflected yet, market prices have shifted. Players should prepare for potential drops in the market as more games take place. The market’s general decline is anticipated, but a hopeful rise with Rivals rewards could create an opportunity to invest wisely.
