SBCs and Evolutions have been heating up in EA FC 24. With the Euro and Copa America in full flow, almost every day EA has been upgrading live cards. This new addition has allowed for major market movements. Even injuries have contributed to other players getting upgrades. For example, Mbappe’s injury boosted the stats of Kolo Muani as he was featured in the match against the Netherlands. Keeping an eye on results and investing wisely in players is what the game is all about at the moment.
Promo Friday Highlights – EA FC Overpowered SBCs
Yesterday was Promo Friday, and we have plenty of content to cover. Starting with the objective section, there is a daily login SBC. Daily logins are essential for big promos, and this one has an exciting final group reward: an 83 x 20 pack. Although 83-rated is a bit low, it’s a significant amount of fodder that many of us need.We also have a new Festival of Football Cup, a second iteration of the previous cup. The requirements are similar: a 95 overall Team One loan and two Festival of Football or Showdown Players. The best pack at the end is an 87 x 2, requiring 12 wins. It’s a bit of work but manageable.
New Live Card: Moika (Live EA FC SBC)
A new live card is available: a Colombian item with 99 Pace, five-star skill moves, and a four-star weak foot. This left-back card has some decent play styles and a couple of play style pluses. It’s a free card with some XP, adding value to the objective content. The evolution content is quite interesting. The best player selection from yesterday includes Harry Maguire, a strong card with 99 physical and 96 defending. You can also explore double evolutions with players like Klostermann, which allows for significant upgrades.
SBC Highlights: Darwin Nunes and Others
The standout SBC from yesterday is Darwin Nunes. Despite only having four-star skills, his five-star weak foot and other attributes make this card valuable at 555,000 coins. Compared to the market, it’s a good value SBC. Nunes has promising stats and play styles, making him a popular choice.Other SBCs include showdowns featuring Malinovskyi and Onana, both reasonably priced and offering good value. Although they might not make every team, they are solid options for those with a particular affinity for the players or their nations.
couple of other loose ends to tie up: we had the 79 times three Best of Nations upgrade, which compared to the 81 plus player pick one of four, I still think is worth it to do. You’re turning in 11 players for this, and while you do get to take three home from the Best of Nations, maybe try a couple of those to see if you hit anything. However, I think the 81 plus player pick might still be the way to go.
Daily Login and Make Your Mark Challenge
We also have the daily login and a daily Make Your Mark challenge for an untradeable rare mega pack. The daily login is the best of those upgrade SBCs for now. Let’s talk about the team that was dropped in packs yesterday. Honestly, it was a bit of a snoozefest. The Euros hype is definitely taking over, and these cards just don’t live up to the hype as much as we want them to. Part of this has to do with the pack weight, just being completely honest.
