Minecraft Dungeons 2 has 24 Talismans to collect, including 15 obtained through quests and nine Secret Talismans hidden throughout the Overworld, Dungeons, Rifts, and the Sift. Talismans function like passive accessories, providing bonuses to health, damage, movement, loot, Souls, and other stats. Several can also summon companions to fight alongside you.
Finding the Secret Talismans is particularly important for completion. Collecting the first eight unlocks access to the Mosstrosity, a hidden boss that rewards the ninth Secret Talisman, Wonderful Wheat.

How to Get Glowstone Flask

Glowstone Flask appears in a special Overworld Dungeon room.
Progress through Overworld Dungeons until you encounter an area containing four braziers.
Interact with all four to extinguish them. Once every brazier is turned off, a hidden chest is revealed.
Open the chest to obtain Glowstone Flask.
Its passive effect reduces your potion cooldown by 10%, 15%, or 25%, depending on the Talisman’s level.
How to Get Ocelot’s Paw
Location: Rifts
Ocelot’s Paw requires a particular Rift layout.
Run Rifts until you encounter one containing a red canyon wall.
Approach and interact with the wall to reveal the hidden chest behind it. Open the chest to collect Ocelot’s Paw.
This Talisman increases damage from jumping melee attacks by 10%, 20%, or 35%.
How to Get Amethyst Lens
Location: Howling Woods
Amethyst Lens can be obtained from its secret chest in Howling Woods. It is also associated with The Prime Enchanter Revived Side Quest in Frozen Highlands, giving you another route to the Talisman later.
For the Howling Woods chest, begin at the Hidden Grove Fast Travel point.
Head south. Hidden Grove is northeast of the Little Howl Hamlet Fast Travel point, which can help you orient yourself if you’re approaching from elsewhere.
Continue along the path and cross the bridge. From there, travel southwest across another bridge and keep going until you find a waterfall.
Complete the nearby jumping section to reach the top.
Follow the path from there to locate the secret chest containing Amethyst Lens.
Amethyst Lens increases Ranged Damage by 10%, 15%, or 25%.
How to Get Thrifty Pendant
Location: Rainy Plains
Travel to the White Tower Fast Travel point in Rainy Plains.
Head north until you reach an area of water containing platforms.
Jump across the platforms to reach the hidden location and reveal the secret chest containing Thrifty Pendant.
This Talisman provides a Damage bonus based on the number of Emeralds you’re carrying.
At its three levels, it can provide up to 25%, 40%, or 50% increased Damage, with the effect reaching its maximum at 7,000, 8,000, or 9,000 Emeralds, respectively.
How to Get Lucky Clover
Location: Frozen Highlands
Lucky Clover is hidden around the Library Towers near Frozen Fortress.
Start at the Frozen Fortress town and Fast Travel point, then travel north while remaining inside town.
Enter the Library Towers, climb to the top, and exit.
Once outside, turn right and follow the path north until you find a gap in the wall.
Walk through the gap and drop onto the hidden platform below. Follow the concealed route until you reach a jump pad.
Activate it to reach the secret chest containing Lucky Clover.
Lucky Clover gives you a 2%, 4%, or 7% chance of receiving additional loot drops.
How to Get Medallion of Momentum
Location: Humbler Huskland in the Sift
Travel to the Echo Den Fast Travel point near the center of Humbler Huskland.
Head north until you reach what appears to be a dead end near a Dungeon entrance.
Instead of turning around, move left and walk into the wall.
This leads into a hidden area.
Follow the concealed path until you reach the secret chest containing Medallion of Momentum.
After you’ve been moving for more than three seconds, the Talisman increases Movement Speed by 10%, 20%, or 30%.
How to Get Emerald of Good Fortune
Location: Lullaby Hills in the Sift

Near the repeatable boss quest, look for a set of pipes that you can jump onto.
Follow the pipes downward and toward the left.
They eventually lead to the hidden chest containing Emerald of Good Fortune.
The Talisman provides a 10%, 20%, or 25% chance to receive additional Emeralds.
How to Get Soul Chip
Location: Sift Dungeons
Soul Chip is another Secret Talisman that depends on finding the correct Dungeon layout.
It can appear in Sift Dungeons found throughout Singer’s Meadow, Humbler Huskland, and Lullaby Hills.
Keep running these Dungeons until you encounter a room where a jump pad launches you directly onto another jump pad.
Follow the jump pads to reach an area containing a raised green platform.
Move onto the platform to reveal the secret chest and collect Soul Chip.
Soul Chip increases your maximum Soul capacity by 15%, 20%, or 35%.
How to Get Wonderful Wheat
Location: Mosstrosity Secret Boss
Wonderful Wheat is the ninth and final Secret Talisman, and you can’t collect it immediately.
First, you need to obtain all eight other Secret Talismans. Once you’ve completed the set, the game displays a message confirming that all eight have been unlocked.
Return to the Hidden Grove Fast Travel point in Howling Woods.
From there:
- Head north into the next area.
- Defeat the ambush.
- Continue north along the path.
- Pass the Spider Caves.
- Keep following the route until you reach a door.
- Enter to encounter the Mosstrosity.
Defeat Mosstrosity to receive Wonderful Wheat.
Wonderful Wheat summons a llama companion that joins you in combat, making the final Secret Talisman both a completion reward and another companion option for your build.
How Many Talismans Are in Minecraft Dungeons 2?
There are 24 Talismans in total:
- 15 Quest Talismans
- 8 initially obtainable Secret Talismans
- 1 final Secret Talisman from Mosstrosity
The quest-based Talismans naturally accumulate as you progress through the campaign and Side Quests, while the Secret set requires much more deliberate exploration.
If you’re working toward all 24, prioritize the fixed Overworld and Sift locations whenever you enter a new region. Glowstone Flask, Ocelot’s Paw, and Soul Chip may take longer because their required Dungeon or Rift layouts aren’t guaranteed to appear on every run.
Once the first eight Secret Talismans are collected, return to Howling Woods to finish the collection by defeating Mosstrosity and claiming Wonderful Wheat.
