Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Roadmap COMPLETE Details

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 roadmap is here! With its release on February 4, 2025, coming closer, Warhorse Studios unveiled its plans throughout 2025. So, what did they prepare for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 roadmap?

Spring 2025: Free Content Update Package

Warhorse Studios prepared all the contents for post-launch to release in Spring 2025. They’ll add in several new features including free content that enhances the game experience. One of these is the new Barbers feature which it suggests that characters can grow their hair. This upgrades the experience for every character customization that games have.

Other than that, they will also feature the Hardcore Mode where a more challenging and immersive RPG plays in. Definitely, many of the veteran Kingdom Come: Deliverance players will enjoy this game mode. Lastly, the studio also comes up with Horse Racing in the upcoming spring update. They expect this to give a competitive option to everyone while improving their equestrian mechanics.

Summer 2025: Brushes with Death Expansion

The plans are all set as revealed in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 roadmap details. Once Summer 2025 enters, they’ll be expanding to the first premium DLC called “Brushes with Death.” It’s a mysterious narrative-driven content starring the protagonist Henry and how his life entangled with the artist.

So far, the specific gameplay details for this are still unavailable. However many are sure that this expansion will explore the darker side of medieval society. With this, players will face new challenges as well as get involved in new storylines.

Autumn and Winter: Legacy of the Forge and Mysteria Ecclesia

As 2025 continues, players are finally down to the latter half of the year which includes Autumn and Winter. Right now, everyone can already tell that there will be two major expansions to come on these dates. It’ll provide extensive game content, particularly the narrations.

For Autumn, it’ll be called “Legacy of the Forge,” which dives into the personal story of Henry. With this, many will explore the past of this adoptive father, Martin. The focus for this DLC will fall heavily on the new blacksmithing mechanics of the game. It comes after players worked to restore the Kuttenberg’s forge glory.

Besides these, players can also expect the expansion to include a lot of resource management and infrastructure development. This was similar to the previous DLC named Pribyslavitz implemented in the first game.

Moving forward, the Winter of 2025 won’t let you get cold with all these prepared contents. They’ll be releasing “Mysteria Ecclesia” which brings players to the Sedlec Monastery. In this DLC, Henry will undergo a mission as he attempts to contain the disease outbreak. This will certainly be a test of players’ stealth due to the complex dynamics within the monastery walls.

Additional Features and Purchasing Options

More major content is about to come your way throughout the year 2025 as shared in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 roadmap. There will be regular free quality-of-life updates all through the season. However, the details are still unknown for the meantime as it may vary.

Also, players get options whether to make direct individual purchases or just get the Expansion Pass. With this pass, they can pass through all three major DLC with ease. Plus, there’s also an added exclusive “Shields of Seasons Passing” DLC. This assures everyone that they have plenty of content to wait for.

Conclusion

That’s everything that the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 roadmap has to share with its fans and community. But none of these guarantee the release dates since they’re all still estimates. What’s certain is that there will be a lot of new game experiences coming for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
