What Is Luna Snow’s Cool Summer Skin?
Marvel Rivals introduced a major summer transformation to one of their most popular support heroes, Luna Snow. Setting aside her signature ice abilities, the Summer Special brings her to embrace the beach-ready aesthetic. You’ll catch Luna Snow in her Cool Summer skin to flaunt the season alongside beach coasts.
This skin was introduced as part of the Summer Special Event Pass, serving as the premium tier’s ultimate reward. It is particularly special for its visual effect transformation, massively changing her usual AoE disco lights in “Fate of Both Worlds.” Instead, it transforms into a giant splash of water for an impromptu pool party.
Moreover, the skin comes bundled with additional summer-themed cosmetics, including new emote, MVP animation, and a spray. It creates a complete package to celebrate the season filled with tropical vibes.
Step-By-Step Guide to Unlock the Summer Skin
Luna Snow serves as the ultimate reward for Marvel Rivals players who worked hard on completing the pass tiers. Here’s a complete guide on how you can get the Luna Snow in Cool Summer skin:
-
- Launch your Marvel Rivals and navigate to the main menu.
- Access the Events page from your main interface.
- Then, select and open the Summer Special event.
- Afterwards, you may purchase the Premium Summer Special Event Pass for 990 Lattice.
- Complete your matches to earn experience points, leveling up the event pass.
- Progress through all tiers to reach the final level, unlocking the skin.
You just need to complete all the pass tiers to earn this special Luna Snow Cool Summer skin. It can’t be unlocked immediately after purchase, instead requiring going through all the pass levels. After purchasing the Premium pass, you’ll instantly unlock The Thing’s Summer skin as a bonus reward. Meanwhile, you can earn Thor’s summer skin for free through regular pass progression.
How To Get The Event Pass and Premium Upgrade
You can purchase the Summer Special event pass for only 990 Lattice or $9.99 in real currency. You’ll need this to access the Luna Snow Cool Summer Skin which is exclusively available through the paid tier system. Moreover, you’ll also get the premium pass which includes The Thing’s “Thong” skin unlocked immediately after purchase.
Alongside, it features summer-themed emote, MVP animations, sprays, and Unstable Molecules for summer upgrades. Only seven out of the 21 total event pass rewards require a premium upgrade, allowing free-to-play players to access other content. You’ll need to complete matches and earn experience points to unlock tiers.
When Will The Event Ends
You can only get these Summer Special skins through the event pass. The event launched on July 17, 2025, and will end on August 15, 2025. It’ll give players enough time to complete the pass without excessive grinding. However, you’ll retain permanent access to unlock the rewards even when the event ends.
Final Thoughts
The most important part in getting the Luna Snow Summer skin is purchasing the Premium Pass first. It serves as the ultimate reward for completing all the pass tiers in the Summer Special event in Marvel Rivals. This puts a unique twist on this icy support hero by dressing her ready for beach battles.
