      • “Why are you here of all places?”
   4. These questions should reveal his concerns about his fellow monk.
   5. Then, choose “It’ll help deliver your message” to officially start The Last Wish task.

Navigating the Quarantine to Reach Brother Athanasius

While doing the quest, your main objective is to deliver Constantine’s message to Brother Athanasius. This fellow monk resides in the dormitory located above the monastery library. At glance, this seems like a simple task but it is not. 

There are guards patrolling the monastery grounds vigilantly due to the ongoing quarantine. They prevent anyone from moving freely between the areas in the monastery. So, here’s what you can do instead:

1. 1. Carefully observe guard patrol patterns and time your movements accordingly.
   2. Then, move slowly but surely while using cover if possible.
   3. Don’t panic even if a guard caught your infiltration attempt.
   4. Stay calm and simply talk to the guard and select the “Take me away” prompt.
   5. They will only escort you back to the infirmary to restart your progress.

Reaching the Dormitory and Talking to Athanasius

After successfully passing through the keen guards and reaching the library entrance, look for the stairs. You can find this on the left side of the library door, leading up to Brother Athanasius’s dormitory. Then, do the following to complete the task:

1. 1. Climb the stairs and look for Athanasius inside the dormitory.
   2. During your conversation with him, selection will appear to determine the conclusion of the quest which are:
      • Persuade Constantine to return from the garden
      • Support Constantine’s decision to remain where he is.

   3. Then, you’ll receive two options for your follow-up response. If you have a high Persuasion stat, choose “Brother Athanasius is really worried.” 
   4. However, you may also select “I think you ought to stay here” as it still leads to successfully convincing Constantine. 

While it doesn’t change the outcome, selecting second or third prompts in the conversation will affect your Reputation points. Only after making the correct choices will mark the end of your The Last Wish task.

Resolution Path Two: Respecting Constantine’s Choice

If you choose to support Constantine’s decision, the task ends abruptly.
