To complete Prologue Challenge 4 in Halloween: The Game, grab an Orderly, drag him to one of the railings around the asylum grounds, and perform the Context Execution marked by the skull icon. Michael will throw the Orderly over the railing, completing the challenge and unlocking two profile customization rewards.
Challenge 4 is part of Michael’s Story, the game’s single-player experience. While its objective sounds straightforward, the game doesn’t immediately tell you which environmental interaction counts as throwing an Orderly to his death.
Where to Find a Railing in the Prologue
Several railings around the Prologue level can be used for the execution.
You can find suitable locations:
- Near the beginning of the mission, to the right after leaving the Asylum
- On the far eastern side of the starting area
- Near the gate toward the far end of the mission
The railing near the start is the easiest option if you’re only interested in finishing Challenge 4 as quickly as possible.
There are usually two Orderlies nearby, minimizing the amount of time you need to spend carrying a victim across the level.
How to Throw an Orderly Over the Railing
Once you’ve chosen a railing, find an Orderly and grab him as Michael.
You don’t need to perform a normal execution. Instead, keep hold of the Orderly and drag him toward the railing.
When you’re positioned correctly, a skull icon should appear to indicate that a Context Execution is available.
Hold the interact button while standing beside the railing.
Michael will perform the environmental execution and throw the Orderly over the edge, killing him and satisfying the requirements for Prologue Challenge 4.
If the prompt doesn’t appear immediately, adjust Michael’s position around the railing while continuing to hold the Orderly. The execution only becomes available when you’re close enough to a compatible section of the environment.
Fastest Way to Complete Prologue Challenge 4
For the quickest route:
- Start the Prologue mission.
- Exit the Asylum.
- Head toward the nearby railing on the right.
- Find one of the Orderlies in the starting area.
- Grab the Orderly and carry him to the railing.
- Look for the skull-shaped Context Execution prompt.
- Hold interact to throw him over the railing.
You don’t need to reach the later parts of the mission to complete the challenge, making this one of the objectives you can finish shortly after starting the Prologue.
All Prologue Challenge 4 Rewards
Completing the railing execution unlocks two profile cosmetics:
- Groovy Style Profile Icon
- Borealis Profile Background
Both rewards can be equipped from the main menu.
Go to Graveyard > Profile > Customize, then select the newly unlocked icon or background.
With that, Prologue Challenge 4 is complete. The key is using a railing that supports a Context Execution rather than simply killing an Orderly nearby—the skull prompt confirms you’re in the correct position for the required environmental kill.
