The VIP Lounge quest in Genshin Impact takes place inside the House of Hesperides and requires Travelers to find a VIP Pass before they can enter the restricted room. Once inside, you can complete a hidden objective for Lazoreva using a Matryoshka Doll Prime Ice Construct, earn an Exquisite Chest, and discover a clue leading to another secret room.
How to Reach the VIP Lounge
Start by teleporting to the Mountain Mansion Front Hall, located on the main floor of the House of Hesperides.
From there:
- Take the southern staircase to the upper floor.
- Head toward the location of the Elegant Snegurochka Statue puzzle.
- Turn east.
- Enter the room on the eastern side.
After progressing through the section involving the “wedding” and waking up in the bedroom, you’ll encounter a VIP Lounge Guard preventing you from entering.
The guard won’t move until you produce a VIP Pass.
Where to Find the VIP Pass
Fortunately, the VIP Pass is located nearby, so there’s no need to leave the House of Hesperides.
Continue walking along the hallway beyond the lounge entrance. When you reach the corner of the corridor, look for a sparkling pickup on the ground.
Interact with the sparkle to obtain the VIP Pass.
Return to the VIP Lounge Guard with the pass in your inventory. You’ll now be allowed through the entrance and can explore the lounge.
How to Complete Lazoreva’s Quest
Inside the VIP Lounge, speak with Lazoreva. She explains that she’s lonely and would like someone sitting in the chair across from her.
The solution isn’t to find another NPC. Instead, you need to construct a companion for her.
Place a Matryoshka Doll Prime Ice Construct on the empty chair opposite Lazoreva to fulfill her request.
Before you can do that, however, you’ll need its Temporary Blueprint.
Matryoshka Doll Prime Ice Construct Blueprint Location
The required blueprint is also hidden inside the VIP Lounge.
Head behind the bar and search the area for the Matryoshka Doll Prime Ice Construct Temporary Blueprint. Interact with it to unlock the construct for use during this section.
Return to Lazoreva’s table and open the Prime Ice Construct building interface. Place the Matryoshka Doll on the chair directly across from Lazoreva.
Correctly positioning the construct completes her hidden objective and causes an Exquisite Chest to appear beside her.
Lazoreva Reveals a Secret About the Paintings
Lazoreva provides another useful piece of information after you help her. She mentions that the paintings in the neighboring room conceal something.
Head into the room she indicates and examine the four paintings. They can be rotated as part of another environmental puzzle, and arranging them correctly opens a secret chamber.
Inside the hidden room are several worthwhile collectibles:
- A Cryoculus
- A Collectible Painting
- A Precious Chest
Helping Lazoreva isn’t strictly required to solve this painting puzzle. Her dialogue simply provides a clue pointing you toward the hidden room, so players who discover the mechanism independently can access it without first completing her request.
The same concealed area can also be spotted from the side room associated with Zlatov and the Seating Arrangements quest.
The VIP Lounge is therefore worth exploring beyond simply getting past its guard. Finding the VIP Pass gives you access to Lazoreva’s short hidden objective and its Exquisite Chest, while her clue can lead you toward an additional Precious Chest, Cryoculus, and Collectible Painting elsewhere in the House of Hesperides.
