Release Date and Availability
January Crew Pack is launching on December 31 at 8:00 PM ET, alongside the Item Shop reset. All players with an active Fortnite Crew subscription will automatically receive the pack once it is launched. However, the delivery to your locker may take up to 72 hours.
Also, some players may not see their rewards until January 1 in their respective regions due to processing times. Only those active Fortnite Crew members can claim the Gale skin and accompanying items. Also, you cannot purchase the pack separately and it will never appear in the Item Shop after the exclusive month ends.
Meet Gale: The Into the Maelstrom Outfit
The highlight for the January Crew Skin is Gale, a visually striking character wrapped in glowing turquoise ice shards. It presents a large crystalline formation for a crown-like structure around the head with additional shards forming armor-like protection on its upper body. Meanwhile, the bright blue tones create a frozen glow effect that stands out during matches.
Afterward, Gale comes with both mask-on and mask-off style variants from day one to customize your appearance based on preference. Moreover, its winter warrior aesthetic perfectly aligns with the seasonal themes on Fortnite. The pack also includes a LEGO skin variant you can use during creative LEGO modes.
Complete Cosmetic Bundle Breakdown
Besides the outfit, the upcoming Into the Maelstrom Crew Pack provides a full set of matching accessories. It includes the Frostbound Exo-Spine Backbling and Slapshot Slashers dual-wield Pickaxe. Aside from it, subscribers will also gain an additional 1000 V-Bucks on their next billing date.
The subscription will also include full access to the current Battle Pass, alongside Music Pass, LEGO Pass, OG Pass, and Rocket Pass content. You can purchase it for its monthly subscription price of $11.99.
