The defining features of a heist-themed season in Fortnite typically include vaults, bosses, and POIs with guards. Players may need to eliminate a boss to acquire a key card that grants access to a vault containing valuable loot. In previous seasons, mythic weapons and special rewards were often found within these vaults. It is likely that Season 2 will continue this trend, incorporating items such as suppressed weapons and explosives to facilitate breaking into structures.
A recent update introduced a new robber NPC at the Bird POI, who sells shockwaves and interacts uniquely with Midas and Dao. This addition aligns with the season’s theme and suggests further heist-related elements.
