Fortnite 2025 Roadmap Leaks Reveal Superman, Simpsons, and More

Fortnite’s next season officially begins on June 8, 2025, and will feature a superhero theme inspired by the Hero Pass from Chapter 1. This time, players can expect real heroes with actual powers rather than an in-game movie set. According to leaks, over 18 original heroes are coming, with both hero and alter ego styles. These heroes feature a unique “hero sprite” logo, previously spotted in the Fortnite x Star Wars update files.

The season will also include crossovers with Superman, tying into the upcoming James Gunn film. Superman’s mythic transformation and powers will join the game, alongside rumored appearances from the X-Men. Leakers also mention a new item called Storm Claws, which could either reshape POIs or function like previous storm-based items.

Utopia City and New Battle Pass Skins

Utopia City will replace Seapport City as a futuristic biome featuring new terrain and possibly an Avengers-style base. Rumored Battle Pass characters include Robin from DC Comics and returning fan-favorite Midas, who reportedly funds the superhero academy storyline. The Fortress of Solitude will serve as Superman’s dedicated POI, replacing Mass Meadows.

Leaks suggest the season’s narrative will continue the cliffhanger involving the Daigo portal. Geigo, now corrupted in the spirit realm, is expected to return as the main villain, bringing an army of demons alongside Core. This storyline will expand with future crossovers, including a rumored Daft Punk concert event.

The Simpsons and Future Chapter 7 Themes

Insider sources claim a Simpsons-themed mini-season is in development. This crossover may include a mini battle pass and Springfield-inspired POIs. The leaks also outline Chapter 7’s plans, starting with a “Gala” city life season, followed by a Norse mythology theme in Season 2. Marvel’s symbiotes, including Venom and Knull, are expected in a future mini-season.

Fortnite is also preparing to reintroduce pets as “companions” that follow players around the island. Unlike previous back bling versions, these will act as live companions, with possibilities like R2-D2, Ewoks, and other small characters.

Star Wars Galactic Battle Content Roadmap

Currently, players are experiencing the Galactic Battle mini-season. Darth Jar Jar, C-3PO, and new Mandalorian skins are scheduled to release over the coming weeks. New weapons like the Jawua Blaster and Wookie Bowcaster are confirmed, with high damage outputs making them standout additions.

Rift-to-go items and Junk Rifts are set to return before the season concludes. Leaks mention customizable Mandalorian skins, confirmed by Fortnite’s own patch notes. These Mandos will come with jetpacks and classic Star Wars weapons like the Amban sniper rifle.

The weekly content schedule includes:

  • May 15: “Chew on This” – Introduction of Chewbacca and the Bowcaster.

  • May 22: “Mandalorian Rising” – Customizable Mandalorian skins and jetpacks.

  • May 29: “Star Destroyer Bombardment” – Players control Star Destroyer turrets in battle.

  • June 5: “Death Star Sabotage” – A full live event taking on Emperor Palpatine.

Lightsabers, Shop Unlocks, and Live Events

Leaks reveal four upcoming cosmetics will require players to unlock them using XP, similar to past exclusive skins. Lightsaber pickaxes are heavily rumored. Meanwhile, Fortnite will permanently add lightsabers to Creative Mode, allowing players to use them outside of Star Wars events.

The season will conclude with a major live event, the first of its scale since Chapter 3. Players will team up to bring down the Death Star, likely featuring another trench run sequence, much like the Galactus event.
