EA FC 24 FUTTIES: Final Week Content Breakdown and Unlimited 84×10 Coming soon?

This week’s FUTTIES drop brought an incredible 99-rated player SBC that many are actively crafting, while others are waiting for today’s SBC content in hopes of an unlimited repeatable upgrade pack. Additionally, EA has confirmed a major announcement regarding this final week of FUTTIES SBCs, hinting at potential icon SBCs coming soon. This is an exciting prospect, but it also raises concerns worth discussing.

FUT Team 5 and Weekend Refresh

There is a lot to cover regarding FUT Team 5 and the upcoming final week, especially before today’s 84×10 and 85×10 refresh. Yesterday’s FUTTIES content introduced several updates, beginning with the objectives.

New Objective Cards

Starting with objectives, there weren’t any new gameplay modes, like draft objectives from the previous week. EA kept it simple with FUT Champs play still available. However, the highlight was the first 99-rated FUTTIES objective player, Mallory Swanson. This card is potentially game-changing, whether as high-rated fodder for SBCs or as a meta super sub with incredible stats like 99 pace and 98 dribbling, paired with 5-star skills and weak foot. The card also boasts every ball control playstyle, making it highly effective in gameplay.

There was also a 97-rated Thiago Correa card, which could be fodder or usable depending on your squad. It features some useful playstyles like intercept and press proven, along with whipped pass and pinged pass. Inside the daily play objective, additional 96-rated cards were made available, which can be valuable for high-rated SBCs.

Evolutions Content

The Evolutions content from yesterday focused on a single new evolution: the FUTTIES Ultimate Defense Evo. While it doesn’t upgrade pace or shooting, it provides significant boosts in passing, dribbling, defense, and physical stats. The evolution is particularly effective when chained with others, allowing for powerful upgrades, especially for certain defenders. For instance, the 96-rated TOTS Live Jesús can be upgraded into this Evo, followed by the FUTTIES Premium upgrade, resulting in a versatile and highly rated card.

SBC Content: 99-Rated Eusébio SBC

The biggest piece of content from yesterday was the 99-rated Eusébio SBC, split across 23 squads, with multiple 93- and 94-rated segments. The card includes excellent playstyles like finesse, power shot, technical, and quick step, making it an incredible end-game option. Completing this SBC could be made easier if the 84×10 becomes unlimited repeatable today.

Additional SBCs: Martin Ødegaard and 92+ Player Pick

Another notable SBC was Martin Ødegaard’s FUTTIES Premium card. Despite being 98-rated, the 93 pace and 94 shooting stats are somewhat underwhelming. The card offers versatility in squad building with multiple positions and excellent passing playstyles, but its million-coin cost might be steep for some.

The 92+ player pick also returned, offering a chance to pack the recently released FUTTIES Team 5 cards. While the SBC requirements have increased, the potential rewards might justify the cost, especially with several high-rated cards now available.

FUTTIES Team 5 Overview

FUTTIES Team 5 introduced some powerful cards, including 4 99-rated players. Notable highlights include Son, Beckham, and Lucio, alongside other gems like Nkunku and Kante. While some top-tier cards remain difficult to pack, there are also affordable options within this team, balancing the overall accessibility.
