Did Travis Scott Just Tease a GTA 6 Collab? (Gaming News)

A new music video from Travis Scott has fans thinking something major is brewing between the rapper and Rockstar Games. In the video for 2000 Excursion, one frame features a close-up of a license plate that reads “VI VI”—Roman numerals for 6 and 6. It’s an obvious GTA 6 nod. But is it just a tease, or something more?

GTA 6 Easter Egg in Travis Scott’s New Video

Fans quickly spotted the license plate detail and began speculating. Some believe Travis Scott is hinting that his track might appear in Grand Theft Auto 6. Others think the collab runs deeper—possibly a custom in-game radio station or even a full character appearance. Both are possible. Rockstar has brought in real-world artists before, like Dr. Dre in GTA Online.

And Travis is no stranger to digital crossovers. His record-breaking Fortnite concert back in 2020 pulled in over 12 million viewers. With Rockstar already working with other music artists on GTA 6, this could be more than an Easter egg—it might be a soft reveal.

Rockstar’s Artist Collaborations Keep Expanding

Tpain, another music artist and former NoPixel roleplayer, recently shared that Rockstar asked him to stop playing on GTA RP servers due to an upcoming collaboration. That alone hints at Rockstar curating their artist lineup carefully for GTA 6.

Given their strict NDA culture, any real collab with Travis Scott is likely under wraps. But these hidden teases might be their way of building buzz. Whether the song ends up in the game or Travis voices a character, the speculation helps keep the conversation going.

Nintendo Discontinues Switch Vouchers in 2026

In other gaming news, Nintendo is phasing out its game voucher program. Starting January 30, 2026, players will no longer be able to buy voucher packs used to save on Nintendo Switch One titles. These vouchers were available only to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers and offered two-game bundles at discounted rates.

Though Nintendo gave no official reason, the move isn’t surprising. The vouchers never applied to Switch 2 games, and many fans had already begun using them for Switch One titles that had free or paid upgrades on the new console.

The good news? You still have until early 2026 to grab vouchers. And once purchased, they’re redeemable for 12 months. Nintendo confirmed more titles will be added to the voucher-eligible catalog through 2026.

While it’s disappointing to lose a cost-cutting option during rising game prices, Nintendo claims it’s also working on faster development timelines to reduce overall costs.

Keanu Reeves Fights Back Against AI Impostors

Also IGN has reported that CyberPunk & legendary actorKeanu Reeves is taking on real-world doppelgangers—and no, not just in John Wick fashion. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Reeves has hired professionals to remove tens of thousands of fake accounts impersonating him online.

The actor’s minimal presence on social media makes him a prime target for scammers, who use AI-generated images and poorly photoshopped content to fool people. These impersonators go so far as to send political messages, sell fake products, or manipulate people into paying them money.

He’s not the only one. Celebrities like Jamie Lee Curtis have spoken out recently, urging platforms like Instagram to better police fake AI content. Curtis herself had to publicly appeal to Meta to remove a deepfake ad using her likeness.

With the rise of generative AI tools, these scams are becoming harder to track. Thankfully, some fakes are still laughably obvious. But Reeves is leading the charge to protect his name—and others—from digital abuse.
