Diablo 4 Unveils Exciting Twitch Drops for Vessel of Hatred Launch
Through intriguing Twitch Drops and a Support a Streamer campaign, Blizzard Entertainment is building anticipation for Diablo 4’s Vessel of Hatred. Viewing Diablo 4 streams on Twitch will allow gamers to win exclusive rewards between October 8 and November 5, 2024. Fans’ gaming experiences will be improved by this event, for sure!
Four Weeks of Rewards
The Twitch Drops campaign is divided into four weeks, each offering unique rewards for different classes. To kick things off, during Week 1 (October 8-15), viewers can earn items by watching the streams. Specifically, after watching for 3 hours, they will receive the Ringmaster’s Word staff for Sorcerers and the Wrangler’s Hook scythe for Necromancers. Along with this, the Guise of the Grand Vizier back trophy for sorcerers and the Guise of the Tombkeeper back trophy for necromancers may be unlocked by viewers after six hours.
During Week 2 (October 15-23), viewers can earn rewards by tuning in to the streams. For example, those who watch for 3 hours will receive the Competitor’s Pride two-handed axe for Barbarians. After watching for 6 hours, they will unlock the Guise of the Gladiator back trophy for Barbarians.
Week 3 will be happening from October 23-29, 2024. Those who watch for 3 hours will receive the Executioner’s Reach bow for Rogues. Then after watching for 6 hours, they will unlock the Guise of the Eaglecaller back trophy for Rogues.
In Week 4 (October 29 – November 5), after 3 hours of watching, they will receive the Battlecaller’s Crook staff for Druids. Next is those who watch for 6 hours will unlock the Guise of the Beastlord back trophy for Druids. Notably, all weapon cosmetics come in both Jungle Moss and Twitch Purple recolors, providing players with more options.
Support a Streamer Campaign
In addition to the weekly drops, Blizzard is running a Support a Streamer campaign throughout the event. By giving 2 subscriptions, players can earn the Ghost of the Conquered mount. Meanwhile, gifting 4 subscriptions unlocks the Glory of the Victor mount armor. These rewards can be earned by gifting subscriptions to any Diablo 4 streamer on Twitch during the campaign period.
How to Participate
To earn these rewards, follow these steps. First, link your Battle.net account with your Twitch account. Then, watch eligible Diablo 4 streams during the campaign period and claim your rewards in the “Drops” section of your Twitch profile. In participating in the Twitch Drops campaign, you don’t need to own Diablo 4 or the Vessel of Hatred expansion.
Notable Absences
While the Twitch Drops cover all five original Diablo 4 classes, there are no rewards for the new Spiritborn class introduced in the Vessel of Hatred expansion. However, players can obtain a Spiritborn weapon transmog called the Wyrmcutter. This item is available by purchasing qualifying Trolli products.
