Sandfall Interactive has officially announced that Clair Obscur: A Painted Symphony will return in 2027 with 24 live performances across Europe and the United States. The concert tour celebrates the acclaimed soundtrack of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, with composers Lorien Testard and Alice Duport-Percier participating in the performances.
The 2027 run begins on January 28 and continues through October 7, with European dates followed by shows in New York and Los Angeles. General ticket sales open on September 15, 2026, at 11 AM EDT.
Clair Obscur: A Painted Symphony Returns in 2027
A Painted Symphony brings the music of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 to the concert stage with orchestral arrangements performed live.
The 2027 production will feature Lorien Testard and Alice Duport-Percier, alongside conductor Daniel Sicard.
Depending on the performance, the musicians will be joined by the Orchestre Curieux, Hollywood Chamber Orchestra, and Wordless Music Orchestra.
Each concert runs for approximately two and a half hours, offering a substantial live presentation of the music that helped define Expedition 33.

The new A Painted Symphony run includes 24 performances.
The tour begins in Europe on January 28, 2027, with the European leg continuing through May 26.
After a summer break, A Painted Symphony heads to the United States. Two New York performances are scheduled for September 29 and September 30, followed by two Los Angeles shows on October 6 and October 7.

When Do A Painted Symphony Tickets Go on Sale?
General ticket sales for the 2027 tour begin on September 15, 2026, at 11 AM EDT.
Purchases are limited to four tickets per person.
There won’t be a general presale, meaning most fans will have to wait for the standard September 15 sale and purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
The exception is the London performance. Eligible O2 and Virgin Media customers in the UK will receive access to a dedicated presale beginning September 11.
Given the demand surrounding previous A Painted Symphony concerts, anyone hoping to attend may want to be ready when tickets become available.
Previous Clair Obscur Concerts Sold Out Quickly
The 2027 schedule represents the third run of A Painted Symphony.
The first tour took place in October 2025 and sold out in less than an hour. Another series of performances followed between March and July 2026, with tickets again selling extremely quickly.
That demand reflects the popularity of Expedition 33’s soundtrack, which became one of the most celebrated elements of Sandfall Interactive’s debut RPG.
The music accompanies the game’s distinctive fantasy world and emotional story, helping A Painted Symphony work as more than a conventional promotional event for the game.
Clair Obscur Became One of 2025’s Biggest Games
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 arrived in 2025 as the debut project from Sandfall Interactive.
The turn-based RPG quickly gained attention for its world, narrative, visual design, soundtrack, and combat system. Strong reviews and word of mouth helped turn it into one of the year’s biggest releases.
Its success ultimately culminated in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 winning Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2025.
The popularity of A Painted Symphony since then shows that interest in Expedition 33 has extended beyond the game itself, particularly when it comes to its music.
Will There Be Another Clair Obscur Game?
Sandfall Interactive hasn’t announced a sequel or prequel to Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
The developer has indicated that it wants to “go a bit crazy” with its next project, but that doesn’t confirm whether the studio is returning to the Clair Obscur universe or developing something entirely different.
Given Expedition 33’s success, another game set in its universe would be an obvious possibility, but anything beyond that remains speculation until Sandfall makes its plans official.
For now, A Painted Symphony is the next confirmed major Clair Obscur release fans can put on their calendars, beginning its new 24-show run on January 28, 2027.
