Call of Duty Season 03 Reloaded gives Warzone players six weapon unlocks to chase

Season 03 Reloaded weapons | Best first unlocks for Warzone ranked, weekly challenge order, and what the MK.78, Warden 308, Siren, and Ryden 45K changes actually mean

Activision has confirmed that Season 03 Reloaded goes live on April 30 at 9 AM PT across all platforms, and the update adds two new weapons plus four new attachments across Black Ops 7 and Warzone. The official Season 03 Reloaded announcement lists the Siren Special Weapon, the Katana Melee Weapon, the MK.78 Lightframe PDW Conversion, the Warden 308 Badlands Pistol Kit, the Carbon 57 Fabricator Mag, and the Ryden 45K Apex Sweeper Rig.

Season 03 Reloaded weapons just gave Warzone grinders a cleaner unlock path than usual

For Warzone players, the timing matters because two of those new parts land on guns Raven Software already touched in the live Season 03 balance patch. Carbon 57 got recoil deviation and barrel buffs in Battle Royale and Resurgence, while Ryden 45K lost head and torso damage multipliers before Reloaded even arrived.

That is the real story right now. You are not just getting new unlocks to grind, you are getting them inside a sandbox that already moved, so the smartest test order is not the same for every loadout player.

The full list is smaller than the hype, and that helps

Unlock Type How to get it What is confirmed
Siren Special Weapon Event reward, also on the free track of the RoboCop Event Pass Fires a high-damage, slow-moving projectile that passes through foes, and charging it increases projectile velocity.
Katana Melee Weapon In-season event reward High damage, moderate range, moderate attack speed, with a heavy attack timing mechanic.
MK.78 Lightframe PDW Conversion Stock attachment for MK.78 LMG Weekly Challenge reward Cuts weight for more mobile, aggressive play, with more recoil and less damage range.
Warden 308 Badlands Pistol Kit Comb attachment for Warden 308 Weekly Challenge reward Turns the rifle into a heavy pistol setup, supports akimbo, and unlocks three extra barrels.
Carbon 57 Fabricator Mag Magazine attachment for Carbon 57 Weekly Challenge reward Refills ammo on its own as soon as you stop firing.
Ryden 45K Apex Sweeper Rig Fire Mod for Ryden 45K Weekly Challenge reward Breaks rounds apart in flight and converts the gun to semi-auto.

This short list is good for players because there is less guesswork than usual. Activision has already named every new weapon item in the official blog, so you can plan your grind around event rewards and weekly challenges instead of chasing rumor posts.

The Siren is flashy, but the Carbon 57 may be the first smart test

The Siren is the new special weapon in this drop, and Activision says it has 30 levels, three magazines, a six-round magazine size, and Magazine plus Rear Grip attachment slots. Its Prestige Attachment, the MFS Deflection Core, makes the projectile faster, adds ricochet behavior, and gives the weapon more ammo.

That makes the Siren the most unusual unlock of the bunch, but the Carbon 57 has the cleaner immediate story for Warzone players. The new Fabricator Mag refills ammo on its own when you stop firing, and Raven already buffed the Carbon 57 with 15 percent less recoil deviation plus stronger benefits on the 14″ Rockleigh Barrel and Accelerated Recoil System in Battle Royale and Resurgence.

If you are testing one gun first for practical value, the Carbon 57 deserves that slot. It gets a new attachment at the same time the base weapon is already coming in with live recoil and range help from the April 21 patch notes.

The Warden 308 looks built for players who like weird loadouts

The Warden 308 Badlands Pistol Kit turns the marksman rifle into a heavy pistol setup, trades away some control and range, and supports akimbo. Activision also confirms three extra barrel options when you equip the kit, the 10″ Spiral Barrel, 6″ Snub Nose Barrel, and 8″ Admonish Barrel.

Those barrel details matter. The 10″ Spiral Barrel improves damage range and recoil control, the 6″ Snub Nose Barrel improves handling and removes the pre-fire delay for a faster fire rate at the cost of damage range, and the 8″ Admonish Barrel stretches one-shot potential to the neck and upper torso at max range while raising the headshot multiplier.

This is the attachment with the most room for lab work in multiplayer. It has clear upside, clear tradeoffs, and enough detail to support more than one build path without inventing hidden stats.

The Ryden 45K is the risky one after the live nerfs

The Ryden 45K Apex Sweeper Rig sounds fun on paper because it splits rounds in flight and turns the gun into semi-auto. The problem for Warzone players is that the base Ryden 45K already took nerfs in the live Season 03 patch, with lower headshot, upper torso, and lower torso multipliers before Reloaded arrived.

Raven also improved the Ryden 45K’s slide-to-fire and dive-to-fire timings, so the gun is not out of the picture, but its damage profile is clearly weaker than it was before April 21.

For casual lobbies, that may still be enough reason to try it. For players who only want the fastest return on grind time, the Ryden part looks more like a second-wave test until real usage shows otherwise.

What is confirmed, and what still is not

Activision’s Reloaded post confirms the weapons, attachments, unlock methods, camos, events, and launch timing, but it does not publish a fresh Reloaded weapon balance sheet in that same post. Raven’s current live Warzone balance notes are in the April 21 Season 03 patch notes, not in the Reloaded announcement.

So, claims about stealth buffs, hidden nerfs, or the Siren instantly becoming the new best Warzone gun are not confirmed in first-party sources at publish time. The safe read is simple, six weapon unlocks are confirmed, several base guns already shifted in the live patch, and the rest needs real match testing after April 30.
