Ubisoft has released the first major update for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, featuring gameplay enhancements, bug fixes, PS5 Pro upgrades, and multiple quality-of-life improvements. Below is a full breakdown of the changes included in the patch.
Quality-of-Life Improvements

Bulk Sell System Added:
Players can now tech multiple items and sell them all at once. While teching still takes time, bulk selling now applies to:-
Gray, green, and blue items

Most purple items (excluding those with highlighted stats)

Trinket Selling Enabled:
Trinkets, previously unsellable, can now be sold in bulk. Scroll to the bottom of your inventory to access them. -
Objective Board Shortcut:
Hold the Options (or Start) button to instantly open the objective board. -
Hideout Performance Upgrade:
The hideout now runs at 60 FPS on PS5 and Xbox Series X in performance mode.
Traversal and Mount Enhancements

Increased Mount Speed in Urban Areas:
Mounts now move faster through towns and villages. A test with Yasuke showed a 40-second improvement on the same path post-update. -
Hands-Free Riding Added:
When setting an objective, players can now:-

Great for contracts and long rides.

Pathfinder lines no longer appear when entering photo mode while on horseback or running.
Mastery and Skill Tree Adjustments

Individual Node Removal:
Players can now remove specific nodes from the mastery tree. Connected nodes will be refunded. -

Staggering Blast (Yumibo) now properly knocks back enemies.
