How to Claim Preorder & Deluxe Edition Items in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced

Players who preorder Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced or purchase the Deluxe Edition receive a collection of exclusive cosmetics and equipment for Edward Kenway and the Jackdaw. However, these bonuses aren’t available immediately and unlock as you progress through the story.

Here’s how to claim every preorder and Deluxe Edition item.

How to Claim Preorder and Deluxe Edition Items

Most bonus items become available after completing the game’s opening sequence.

To equip Edward’s preorder and Deluxe Edition items:

  1. Complete the prologue.
  2. Reach Havana.
  3. Open the Inventory menu.
  4. Equip your unlocked outfits, weapons, and accessories from their respective equipment slots.

Once you’ve reached Havana, all eligible preorder and Deluxe Edition items for Edward will automatically be available if they’re linked to your account.

How to Equip Jackdaw Deluxe Edition Cosmetics

Ship cosmetics unlock later in the story.

To customize the Jackdaw:

  1. Complete Sequence 2 to unlock the Jackdaw.
  2. Progress into Sequence 3.
  3. Complete the mission Prizes and Plunder.
  4. Visit any Harbormaster.
  5. Open Ship Upgrades.
  6. Switch to the Appearance tab.
  7. Equip your Deluxe Edition ship cosmetics.

This menu allows you to customize the Jackdaw’s sails, hull, wheel, figurehead, and crew appearance.

All Preorder Bonuses

Players who preorder the game receive the Blackbeard’s Crimson Pack, which includes exclusive cosmetics and weapons for Edward.
