Claiming Your Code Rewards
After redeeming the codes, it’ll directly send the items directly to your in-game mailbox. You don’t need to immediately access this mailbox at the start of the game. It’s alright if you cannot immediately find your rewards right away.
Just continue progressing through the story missions until the mailbox feature unlocks. It’ll be available once an envelope icon appears on your screen, making it accessible. Make sure to open it to claim all the rewards from your redeemed codes.
Unfortunately, there’s no online redemption website available for Arknights: Endfield codes. You have to launch the game to redeem the active codes instead. Also, regularly check for new codes as developers may release additional promos during special events, updates, and celebrations.
