Meanwhile, the second journal is trickier to find since it isn’t marked as prominently on the map. Go to the Raider Outpost East that sits directly north of the Red Lakes and northeast of the Power Generation Complex. Consider making a quick detour to the Power Generation Complex to grab a power rod.

- Turn east at the West Broken Bridge.
