Stella Montis Out-of-Bounds Exploit Finally Patched
Fixes across out-of-bounds locations on Stella Montis headlined the ARC Raiders 1.12.0 update. This exploit has been an issue among the community since the map’s launch back in November 2025. Players have continuously discovered new ways to glitch outside the playable area.
This results in some players earning unfair advantages over their opponents. Moreover, the situation started to take the problematic route after players used the exploit to take revenge on other teams. Despite Embark’s attempt to seal these locations through multiple updates, players kept finding alternative routes.
Now, the development team hopes the comprehensive fix will finally put the controversy to an end. The Stella Montis map has steadily emerged among the community favorites for small PvP-heavy play.
Duplication Exploits Eliminated
Aside from map glitches, update 1.12.0 will also tackle the duplication exploits. It addresses both item and ammo duplication glitches which allow players to artificially multiply their resources. These exploits also give significant advantage by providing unlimited supplies without any risk and effort to obtain them legitimately.

What’s Missing from This Update

Many are anticipating the Toxic Swamp map condition that is yet to materialize as Embark Studios hasn’t released a specific timeline. In addition, there’s still no official roadmap for 2026 aside from the teaser for multiple new maps.
Also, the community continues to call for quality-of-life improvements, specifically the user interface. Embark still hasn’t added a saved loadout feature which would significantly reduce preparation time in Speranza.
